Care was good and fast but beware. They will charge you a facility fee & a doctor fee. They submitted 2 claims for one visit. We had to pay our urgent care copay PLUS a separate fee for the doctor. All other urgent cares we have been to this year submit only one claim. Going here cost us over $100 instead of our normal $25. Unfortunately, our insurance company allowed it. For this reason alone, we won't be back.
I have been sitting for too long it's not my fault there is only one doctor.
Kim Davis was an amazing Lab Tech! She was really friendly and shared some medical experiences with me that made me feel better about an upcoming procedure
I always go here when I need to have blood work done. They have the only lab techs in the region that only need to poke me once every single time I have to go get that done, and I never feel the needle here either. Everywhere else, including other Mercy locations and even Akron General/Cleveland Clinic (which I hold in very high regards) takes multiple pokes to be able to draw blood and I always feel it everywhere else and often end up with painful bruises for a week or so anywhere else.
