Kim Davis was an amazing Lab Tech! She was really friendly and shared some medical experiences with me that made me feel better about an upcoming procedure
I always go here when I need to have blood work done. They have the only lab techs in the region that only need to poke me once every single time I have to go get that done, and I never feel the needle here either. Everywhere else, including other Mercy locations and even Akron General/Cleveland Clinic (which I hold in very high regards) takes multiple pokes to be able to draw blood and I always feel it everywhere else and often end up with painful bruises for a week or so anywhere else. I called them ahead of time to ask them if they are able to work with my broken finger. They said yes. Went in and sat in a room for 5 to 10 minutes, and the doctor came in and said that I need to go somewhere else. Went to Ortho United in Canton and Got my finger taken care of for $300 A few weeks later, I get a bill in the mail from Mercy health center for $608 for my 10 minute room stay.
