I took my husband in for a deep laceration on his finger. it was bleeding so much that super glue wouldn’t harden, and continued to bleed the 25 min drive there. once admitted, the nurse or whoever she was said there’s “nothing else they can do”. I COULD SEE EACH LAYER OF HIS FINGER AS IF IT WAS FILLETED MEAT. absolutely ridiculous. do not go here.
I've had bloodwork here several times. Never had a problem. Today I was in & out in less than 15 minutes. The lady who drew blood seemed a little cold at first. But upon me talking to her, she was very pleasant. You have to show yourself friendly folks. Every event isn't all about me, myself, & I. I remember Dr. Vohn. Best doctor I ever dealt with. Kids, and us included.

Change in Billing Policy Warning Our family has used Mercy Urgent Care many time over the years. Recently Mercy became part of Cleveland Clinic. Despite my insurance coverage clearly stating an urgent care visit is 60 copay, i was billed twice for a single urgent care visit. Once for 60 for the facility and an additional 87 for the NP I saw. Don’t waste your time making an appt for lab work because it doesn’t get you in any faster. Had to wait more than half hr past my appt time for bloodwork. Don’t offer appts if you can’t accommodate them.
