Horrible for pedestrian & ob. They are rude and disrespectful and dirty. They refused to give me my daughter shot records and they had told me it was my fault I can’t have them I refuse to step foot in that building again I hate Mercy comprehensive care center I will never in my life bring my children there again.

Been trying to get refills on my INSULIN for over a week now. Every time I call I have to leave a message. Never once since starting to go here have I ever gotten a return call. A week no insulin 🤷♂️
I’m on hold for a long time when I’m trying to make a doctors appointment for me or my kids. And when we are there we wait for at least an hour in the waiting room and at least another hour in the doctors office. And I feel like I see someone new every time I go there.
I am so done. as soon as I walk out of here today I'm finding another doctor at another practice. If I'm more than 15 minutes late, then I get my appointment rescheduled because of their inconvenience. My appointment was for 11, it's now 12:12 and I'm still waiting. This is not a one time thing, happens everytime and then they rush through to either get to lunch or another victim. They aren't even compassionate anymore. Ridiculous. It's my health, I deserve better. Goodbye Mercy Comprehensive!!!
RecommendedThey can always fit me in, shorter wait times compared to other medical offices, they have their own lab, xray and ultrasound , so rarely have to go elsewhere for routine labwork, also good (and free) exercise/diet program.

I am a 62 year old new resident of Buffalo and attempted to make an initial appointment with Dr. Amelemah. The next available was in October. The receptionist did not ask if I had any current health issues (I do). All she asked is if I had recently been seen in an emergency room. My only option was to search elsewhere...
