I spent about four days in this facility. I have to give a shout out to Lacota and his crew also John and Jazmine. I have to say the rest of the staff was not good. They treat you as you’re less than human. The food was terrible and I got food poisoning the night I left. I would not recommend this to anyone .
This hospital is not professional at all. My husband went in to get help but came out beaten, traumatized and bruised with opened wounds infections. When he was taken in I called to ask if he was there they told me they couldn't give me that information. If it wasn't for my husband screaming get your hands off of me, I didn't do anything wrong I wouldn't have known he was there. My husband got treated very poorly. Who goes in to get help? I was put on the top floor here under false allegations but from the start nothing but love and understanding and honestly beat the three days I spent in the er under pink slip. I really thought I was going to be looked at like a liar like the local er looked at it. I have nor will ever have any thoughts of hurting myself but if you do and you're reading this go here! This is a horrible place! Don't let loved ones go here! The whole staff lie constantly about care and cover themselves and each other. Terrible hygiene for patients, the staff are only there for a paycheck. They will ruin anything they can for someone to get real help. Good luck being a guardian and getting any kind of answers or help about a loved one.This place should be shut down!! Above all, DO NOT LET ANYONE WITH A DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY GO HERE!!
