The psych ward is predominantly run by nurses who are not trained in mental health. Most nurses were so desensitized that they treated us like we were an annoyance. Some of them cared, but the majority of them didn’t. The hospitalists are a literal joke - they only ask if you’re sleeping, eating and drinking and, after those 30 seconds, they’re done with you.
