The front desk receptionist are extremely rude!!!! Doesn’t matter if you call or if you talk to them in person they are very rude. They Also are terrible at filling prescriptions! I do not recommend this place!!
I just recently started coming here since my primary doctor at Mercy in Howland retired … Gerow is very attentive & caring. Heard nothing but good reviews about her and so far I’m liking it! Very thorough and helpful.
Dr. Teneyck is a god send. Listens to concerns, is willing to help find the answers if he doesn't have them right away. Absolutely wonderful doctor all around. Couldn't be happier with the care I've recieved from him and his team.
This place is a joke I called for the pass three weeks for my blood pressure medicine and been Denied multiple times because mulchavick want me to come in for an appointment. I stated I have been working out of town I can not make it in and they still refuse to refill my prescription. I don’t think this is a good place for African American people. Then the receptionist kept trying to argue with me. Ma’am how are you guys continuing to deny me for blood pressure medication that I been on for the past three years.
