I was at the emergency room the other night and it was horrible, staff was rude to me , talked down to me,and I left there feeling worse than when I came in because of my insurance and financial status. I was treated like I was a pest or a bother , when I was already in a difficult situation I left feeling worse.

Absolutely useless. At every possible turn I have had issues with Mercy, and that was no exception with their sleep center. I had to go out of my way to contact their equipment provider. there was no follow up scheduling or support after my initial appointment and 8 months later when I finally did have a follow up and stated my issues with my current treatment I was essentially brushed off and my complaints were not heard. If you have any issue whatsoever falling asleep, don't go here. They put you in a room with a foam mattress and then try to rush you to sleep so they can try to get out as early as possible. My tech was in his car and gone before I even made it to my car. Find another sleep center if at all possible.
