I was brought in by ambulance with an episode of my back, in severe pain. I was checked in quickly and then was left in a room in pain with no one helping until my husband had to get upset.
Was forgotten in my room. But I did finally get taken care of. Thank you
Wasn't to impressed with my care. I really think they need a refresher course on how to insure the patient is at ease with the treatment and if all the questions were asked of the patient before the neglect starts.
