The kindness and professionalism of the staff I interacted with was outstanding. I went in for bad pain in my leg knowing something was wrong. They listened to my concerns with empathy and I ended up having DVT. The nurse I had was Joe and he went above and beyond. I have never felt so comfortable in an ER. He came to check on me multiple times and took the time to explain what was happening and what I needed to do at home. These hospitals need more of Nurse Joe ❤️

I checked in to this er twice today first time for swelling in my feet and I had my service dog no one on the first shift had an issue with this. Later tonight I went in again for bleeding while 12 weeks pregnant . Literally bleed through my shorts and was turned away for not having paper work in hand when I checked in. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful nurse and nuts manager the guy who did my vitals was very nice . Don’t waste your time . U

I can say that I am delighted with the employees in the ER, they are very kind, professional, caring, I feel at home. My name is Milijana, I ended up in ER by chance, but as they say, nothing is by chance, a really professional team and thank you very much for everything!!!
