Kathy has been very helpful when I have called with questions, even with questions that I had asked previously - and forgotten the answers. Explanation of how and when to order replacement supplies, patience in clarification of which supplies I needed, time taken to look up billing charges. Voicemail messages have always been returned promptly.
The staff is great! They treat you with respect, really listen to you and address any concerns or apprehension about sleep apnea and CPAP use. They help make sure you get a great fit and the right mask and are available to assist until you're happy with your experience. If something changes later on, staff are still available to help you find solutions. They are knowledgeable and have a lot of experience to draw from in helping you make your CPAP experience as positive as possible.
