The three stars given are for MA Ashley, and Dr. Kerakhan only, they are both 5 star rated in my opinion. I hate that the office has a different staff, I LOVED the staff at Sun Forrest Crt. under Dr. Katrapati!! They were so kind, treated you and knew you like family. Since the practice moved to Executive Pkwy, the new staff over here are so very rude and unprofessional. Not kind AT ALL. Especially Ty (front desk). Dr.Wong is the best PCP I've ever had; she goes above and beyond. Ka’Niya (I hope I spelled it right) is a great MA with the best personality. They make coming to the doctor's office much more comfortable.
I can not express my gratitude to my new primary care Dr. Jasmine Wong. I was in a terrible pickle and in so much pain from back surgery. She stepped in and took care of me!! I will be forever grateful for her!! Thank you so much Dr. Wong!!! YOU ARE AN A+++++ in my book!
I don't normally write bad reviews, but if they are warranted, I will. I was seen by Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine for several years and was thrilled with the staff and my experience there. My first CNP was Beth Schott, followed by CNP Nicole Omey. Both were excellent and helped me through several medical issues. However, since they left Mercy Health's West Park Family Medicine has gone down hill dramatically.
