Really never the greatest help on the phone. Feels rushed, rude, and actually have had a conflict with one of the ladies meant to be transferring me which seemed really super inappropriate and I think I handled it all too well actually. I can now think of 4 occasions where this has happened. I wish I felt more supported rather than feeling like I’m not being listened to, might not actually get a call back and like I have to spew out all of my questions as fast as I can.
