I love seeing Farheen Khan! Before finding Farheen I went to multiple specialists and no one could figure out what was going on. It took one visit with Farheen Khan and she knew exactly what was going and helped point me to the right direction. The office manager, Michelle, has also been very attentive and always answers my questions. I’m so glad I found this office and will continue recommending her to my family and friends!
I've been coming here for years. We really like the doctor. Today, I brought my son for his well-child visit, which I had scheduled back in January, only to be told that I have to reschedule as the "doctor won't be here all week". Conveniently hiding behind a counter that is way too high, from where I can barely hear what she is saying, the front desk staff lady says "we sent you a message". We’ve been going here for several years, and as of late no one answers the phone. The only option is to leave a message and eventually get called back. It shouldn’t be this difficult to talk to an actual human at a pediatricians office. They used to at least have someone answer and ask you to hold them get back with you shortly. That would be preferred over the only option of leaving a message and not knowing when or if they’ll get back to you
