We’ve used this doctor as our kids primary since my son was born in 2022. The doctors are great, however, they never have sick appointments available. Their voicemail says they have openings for sick visits, don’t listen. My daughter had an ear infection last month and they referred me to Urgent Care where I paid $300. We saw Candace NP, last week for a check up and she said her ears looked great. Called today because she seems to be having more ear issues. Still no sick visits. How are you taking care of current patients?
I appreciate Candace and Dr. Lanre. They have taken care of our son since he was born and I have family that also attends the practice! They treat you like family and we have never felt more taken care of in each visit. Thank for your empathy knowledge and all the care you provide to our families!
We transferred to Mercy Grace from another pediatrician, and have never felt more taken care of! For the last 1.5 years Dr. Lanre has seen our little one, he is always so friendly and TAKES TIME to sit and talk through any questions or concerns you may have. He is professional, experienced and has great welcoming personality. We have never had issues with scheduling or calling in for more urgent sick appointments. Do not take your babies here . These people have dropped the ball so many times with my kids appointment. There is no accountability taken and the scheduler is horrible . I’ve had the wrong medication sent over for the wrong kid , I’ve had appointments cancelled for kids , and they never have their ahit together . This is a medical office get your stuff together .
