Anytime I have been here whether it’s with mono, a broken finger, or pink eye, im treated as though im being over dramatic. The doctors seem irritated to be having patients and often times are rude. Friends and family members have had similar bad experiences. If you are able to, go to a different quick care… this one is not worth your time or money!
I had cut my thumb in half and the doctor I had was extremely rude and told me to stop over reacting as he put 7 stitches in my thumb mind you it should have only had at most 3-4 and then proceeded to accidentally poke himself with the needle that he was putting pain meds into my thumb he had also went the the joint which I asked if there was anyway of avoiding cause I have arthritis in my hands and he told me to suck it up I’m young it held my skin together so tight I had to get rushed to the er to have 4 of them removed be... read more
Waited a week for results for my Lyme disease test. Called me at 2:07 to tell me sure enough I have Lyme and they’re gonna give me Doxycycline. I asked for a doctors note because of my knee having water on it from said Lyme disease. At 4:00pm at the pharmacy they still hadn’t gotten script called in to them so I called primary asked about it they said they’d let me know when the prescription and note would be available to me. It’s now 6:40 no call no note for work available yet? They’re closed by what their website says. So ... read more

I've always had great care here as I unfortunately have had to take several trips to urgent care due to my asthma. All doctors I've seen and all their RNs right down to receptionist are extremely nice and welcoming.
