Brandy McKenney PA /C is the most compassionate, thorough provider I have ever met . My husband and I receive great care here . The front staff are always courteous and prompt .
I'm sorry to those who have rated this facility so poorly. I have had nothing but positive experiences since seeing Dr. Olilla as my PCP. The reception staff is professional and friendly. The nurses/CNAs are amazingly kind and warm. Dr. Olilla himself is prompt and professional. He took time to sit with me and listen to me, prioritizing my needs and answering my questions. It is clean, efficient and welcoming in their office and I am so glad that I am now a patient in this facility.
Would be a Zero if I had the option. Dr (and I use that term loosly) Ollila, has no interest in prior treatment and only wanted to push the referrals to bill, bill, bill. When I dared to question him, he literally laughed at me then stormed out of the room and had the audacity to tell me to "calm down" when he was the one being combative. This guy should not be in a position of giving care, as he only wants to upcharge and not actually FIX an issue. Dr Ollila is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He genuinely cares about his patients health and well being. This particular location is always staffed with people who are happy to serve you and find you the best care.
Anytime I have been here whether it’s with mono, a broken finger, or pink eye, im treated as though im being over dramatic. The doctors seem irritated to be having patients and often times are rude. Friends and family members have had similar bad experiences. If you are able to, go to a different quick care… this one is not worth your time or money!
