I've always had great care here as I unfortunately have had to take several trips to urgent care due to my asthma. All doctors I've seen and all their RNs right down to receptionist are extremely nice and welcoming.
A complete waste of time, we saw Annette O’Gorman. She was extremely rude had very Poor Communication Skills. .Lack of Empathy. ...Rushed Appointments. ... Outdated Practices. ...Disregard for Patient Privacy and Confidentiality. ... Frequent Misdiagnosis and Treatment Failures. ...Unprofessional Behavior. Don’t waste your time. Their misdiagnosis caused an extreme medical emergency.
Very friendly people i give staff 10 out of 1 but one thing that i found really horrible is how clean the place was extremely dirty the walls the floors and the rugs look liked they never been vacuumed.
Been going here for years. Convenient, and if you treat the staff the way you want o be treated, you will have a positive experience
I had a 11:20 appoiinrment last Wednesday I was called and asked if I could make it for 10:55 instead and I agreed. I was there at 10:50 and waited at 11:15 I asked what was going on and recepsines told me they weee aware of me waiting. I left as I was upset over this after being called to come early and then nothing. Terrible run place and staff are rude.
