P.A. Debra was very nice and listened to my health concerns. We discussed my options and what she thought would be best for me. She was very thorough. The front desk ladies were helpful when checking in.
Trying to speak to a person to change a spot I reserved for my wife who is driving back from Wichita Falls who developed a sore throat. CANT SPEAK TO A HUMAN!!!!! Need a number to talk to a human, PLEASE!!!!

Got right in as scheduled. PA took time to look at my history on my chart which helped determine how to treat me. Both PA and assistant very caring. I really appreciate them being there on Christmas Eve.
I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I had a bad experience from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. As someone who has health anxiety and also is fearful of doctors, making myself go to the dr is difficult enough. The staff was unwelcoming, I told them multiple times I get anxious and that I was nervous and not only did they not try to help calm my nerves, the dr was abrasive and rude.
