I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The physician was very nice, but downplayed all my concerns and told me she didn't see anything wrong. Waited another week for tests that showed nothing. I went ahead and got an emergency visit with my primary care doctor, and it turns out I have a serious skin condition. I'll never go back, and I suggest you go elsewhere.
Stopped by recently for a cold that turned out to be laryngitis. I was seen by a very well-read PA who informed me the medicine I took was found to be ineffective by the FDA! She directed me towards better options. She was plesant to speak with and set a higher bar for urgent care quality!
An amazing staff at Mercy Clinic - Portland Ave. Ellen at the front desk, Brandy as the nurse and Dr Scott Melson have always gone above and beyond. It's been a great decision on my part for having changing to this clinic and Dr Scott Melson.
Was real quick to get in, the nurse took great care of me and had great professionalism, the visit was real smooth—-had the quickest flu test of my life!
