I was in need of advice regarding a spider bite. I was able to get into Mercy Urgent Care quickly, and within just a few minutes was seen by the doctor. She was competent, experienced, and very compassionate. I was prescribed antibiotics and a cream. What was an ugly bite with serious potential for infection was addressed quickly. My recovery has been as described and I am very happy with my treatment.
Had an allergic reaction to spider bites. Got right in. PA knew exactly what was going on. Correct meds were prescribed and I was better in a couple of days. Nice staff, No waiting.
I visited this facility on a Friday in May for a UTI. I get them frequently, so I knew I had one, but needed a urine culture. I did the culture and was told I did not have a UTI. I knew they were wrong and that they did not do the culture right, but it was a Friday evening and my primary care was closed. Zero Stars if I could give it that! If you don't have a fully charged or working cell phone that you can send and receive text messages, then you don't get health care from them. Since when did my Healthcare rely on me having a smartphone. Tie that your phone's not working or it was lost stolen broken or whatever they won't provide you Healthcare. I'm not even sure how this is legal. I'm pretty darn sure it's not.
