I didn’t have time during regular business hours to schedule an appointment with my doctor. Thankfully, Mercy (GoHealth) Urgent Care was open until 8 p.m., which allowed me to be seen the same day at a time that was convenient for me. Although this was not an emergency situation, I am truly grateful that our surrounding communities have facilities and healthcare professionals available to help with urgent medical needs. Two visits within 4 months (December 25 and April 26) and insurance name and policy numbers were BILLED INCORRECTLY on BOTH visits. Now I have to do their work for them figuring out what went wrong and correcting their mistakes. I hope they’ve hired new people at the front. I won’t return though.
Love being able to go online and make an appointment so it reduces the amount of wait time versus walking in.
