Had the worst experience. NEVER have i ever had a doctor literally repeat to me everything i had told them to diagnose me. Google was my main help, i self diagnosed and to be honest this doctor made me feel i needed no schooling to become a doctor myself. I have a sinus infection, i already knew this i simply just wanted some antibiotics to help the process along considering i have a job and kids to take care of. I had a hand laceration that i thought needed sutures. I walked in the Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care facility in Washington, MO and was told to check in via the kiosk without even having eye contact from the receptionist. I was standing there with a bandaged hand and didn't receive even a glance to determine the seriousness of my injury.
