I would give Range 0 stars if it was possible. I had a horrible experience. I went in due to pain and was seen by Matt (PA?), who I saw for exactly 5 minutes. He was more concerned about my heart rate than my pain. (Heart rates do increase due to pain and stress.) He shuffled me off to ct scan all the way in Hendersonville and promised to call with the results as soon as he had them. I didn't hear back that night or the next morning, so I went to the office. I have visited here twice and have found it to be one of the NICEST urgent cares. The staff are SOO nice and extremely helpful! I think they go above and beyond. I recommend this urgent care. I did wait a while both times even though I made an appointment but I think this is the nature of urgent care, and it wasn't as long as an ER or other urgent cares I have visited. I really like this place!!!!
I took my 82 year old mother to this clinic for the evaluation of a swollen and painful ankle. We had an appointment and have checked in before the visit. There only two other patients in the waiting room. We waited about half an hour to be invited to a consultation room, the nurse took the vitals and entered the info. Then we waited...and waited...and waited for two additional hours. The dr. never came in and the clinic was officially closed (closed at 5pm). Tested for Covus on 7/16 at Lynbrook center. Still waiting for results. Was told tests were sent to Quest. Folks at Lynbrook were nice - tried to help. But..... Fortunately I am just fine, but if I weren't you'd be sending the results to New Montifiore!
Avoid at all cost. Not very nice group over there. I was told that I would get a call over the weekend to see how my back injury was, I received no call. More importantly was informed that the person calling over the weekend would be able to setup an appointment for me to see a specialist that takes my insurance. I specifically asked if they can write a referral as my insurance requires this, they said "YES, they will take care of everything."
