The two ladies that greeted me when I went in were so very kind and friendly...Both were very beautiful ladies and I felt really good about my visit... Thanks girls
Whyake an appointment when they put walk-ins first, I don't understand this.
The doctor we saw for my special needs daughter was amazing with her and took the time to find out why her ear was hurting. We came there as we could not get into our PCP. We will now come there when not able to see our PCP. Thank you for doing a great job
Had an appointment for a certain time. Walked in 15 minutes before my appointment and was number 2 in the queue when I checked in. I sat there for over an hour while numerous people went back. I was in the number 1 spot and people keep going back. Apparently the queue and an appointment mean nothing. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, when I questioned the delay the person that argued about it was the X-ray tech. I ended up just leaving because of the unprofessionalism.
