My fiancée is sitting there right now. Had an appt at 10:08 and the guy forgot to send her the link to fill out the paperwork which has delayed her seeing the doctor. It’s now almost 11:00, and she is still in the waiting room, not knowing when she is going back. Don’t go here if you expect to be seen quickly. Should have read the reviews
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the medical care I received during my appointment . I had booked the appointment online due to symptoms including a sore throat, headache, body aches, and nausea. Upon attending the clinic, the only diagnostic measures taken were tests for COVID-19 and influenza. Got in as scheduled. The staff and doctor were knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Great experience when you don’t feel well.
Drove to Arkansas from Chicago for the holidays, ended up catching a really bad eye infection on the way here. I arrived on thanksgiving @9AM & they took care of me right away. Appreciate the doctors, nurses and staff for being open and helping me get the drops I need! I was in and out in 35 minutes.
