Great doctor and nurse very efficient. They made me comfortable with my injury. My left index finger is had an accident and needed 4 stitches. I will use this urgent care in the future
Thanks to Tim, my experience with this nurse practitioner went fast but thorough. Checked my ears, nose, breathing and more. Felt like you get your money’s worth. If I ever go back I will definitely ask for Tim.
Ease of registration: nice front desk staff: Provider (MD) had good personality and good bed side manor: completeness of care rendered.
The staff was very quick, professional, and personable.
Disorganized and ridiculously slow. The male nurse practitioner was not very educated in the medical field. A waste of 1 hour and twenty minutes. I will have to see my primary doctor tomorrow because the employees at this particular location are sub standard. The nurse practitioner grossly lacks the medical knowledge needed, or expected to address a simple medical issue.
