Look im a huge mercy fan but this place is ridiculous. My daughter went there last night for a nasty cough cause her drs office is closed for a water main break. I did the save a spot online and yes it was 45 mins before they closed but they were rude and barely provided care. Weren't going to do an xray til she forced it. Then wake up this morning to find he called her rx for pneumonia into the Walgreens over an hour away. Why...why would anyone do that.
If I could give zero stars I would. I waited to get into this facility that ive used multiple times, I have a sinus infection and the doctor told me to go get sudafed from Walgreens. This was June 3rd at 4pm.
Excellent care provided by Physician Assistant T Fuchs, PA-C. Above and beyond the standard of care, by far! Provided prompt and thorough care, while educating my wife and I on physical exam findings that would potentially warrant next level ER care or even surgery. He provided a sense of calm while being upfront and honest about my potentially serious injury I suddenly and accidentally sustained on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Thankful for health care providers like him where it’s needed most! Would recommend to anyone!
