Wouldn’t go there unless your alternative option is a back alley doctor. Took my friend there with a nasty laceration on his hand. Nothing crazy but definitely could use checking. While still bleeding we walked in and were not greeted with a “how are you, or how can I help you” but instead “all our rooms are full and we close at 8:00.” Glad to know if you show up even 40 minutes before closing you get grade A care….Glad it was just a cut or we’d have been in trouble because my faith in this place is 0.
I would use any other mercy urgent care that is not this location. Anytime we go here there has always have to be something. Extremely long wait time when we have an appointment or today them just refusing to see my daughter for a boil. I love mercy but it is offices like this that give it a bad name.
mercy as a whole has turned into complete crap over the past few years. seems they’re more concerned about money & meeting an appointment quota than actual healthcare. came to this location around 3:20pm on 2/18 to have a possible fungal infection looked at. when i walked in, the receptionist was rude right off bat. she asked what i was there for & i told her i was pretty sure i had a fungal infection & id like to have it looked at. she asked if i made an online reservation (its a walk in urgent care??? what do you mean did ... read more
The nurse and doctor are so nice and engaging. They do not make you feel uncomfortable with questions that seem repetitive. Very comforting and helpful team
I saw NP Maddie, she was very thorough and professional. Very short wait by using Save My Spot. Highly recommend.
