we easily got in , they assessed to make sure we needed to be there or at an orthopedic dr instead, ultimately they where able to get the job done and made sure we got what we needed, very good experience , highly recommended
There is a reason I try to avoid mercy at all cost. Every time I end up going because they are closer and I hope this time will be different. Today I arrived at 4:40 p.m. and was refused service. My son has an infected tooth and we just needed an antibiotic. I was told they weren't taking more patients because they closed soon and were full. Brought my son in for an xray on his leg. We think maybe a broken fibula. Got there at 7:30, they close at 8 and refused to see him because it was “too close to closing time”. But the dr had time to come out and have a little chat with us.
I had to bring my nonverbal, special needs, 22 year old son in for X-rays and everyone was so patient and friendly with him. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, the nurse was AMAZING, the doctor was warm and friendly, and the X-ray tech was so patient.
