Every time one has to visit the ER, it’s not good, but Mercy Gilbert knows how to make it better with their exceptional team. I had to bring my toddler in today, and everyone is very compassionate, patient, professional, take the time to ask questions and listen, and are all in a very positive mood. They ran all the necessary tests to find out why he had such a high fever. We should be going home soon with a smiling child. Update: We are back in the hospital, maybe about a year later. Same care and service
