We have had multiple experiences with Mercy Gastroenterology in Lake Saint Louis—my husband has had two procedures here, and I recently had one myself. Each time, the level of care has been outstanding and consistent. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly, informative, and professional. If I could give a 0 I most certainly would.. The nuse checking me in as well as the lady before Ashely were fine. I explained all my issues to Ashley and it was as if she already knew what she was going to say. Telling me I should take Fiber everyday which I already do. Asked about my last colonoscopy and she wasn't even looking at the most recent one. When I said I don't thing we are going to get along she said I agree. Imagine being sick to the point of depression for almost four years and getting ZERO answers!!! This place is a joke. It’s almost like they get paid to print off Lo FodMap diet papers. Fave me that trash twice…two visits in a row! Told me to take some junk OTC meds. Finally while have a massage I mention this to the lady and she (not even a Dr) tells me to get tested for something.
