I'm disappointed in the clinics scheduling process. I had a referral sent in Dec. 2025, and a MyChart message said they would contact me. No contact in 7 months. I am on an annual colonoscopy schedule, due to history, that was set by the Mercy Doctor. Now they can't get me in until February (2 year delay!). Said they called my work number and couldn't leave a message, which is false - that number is answered every time. Never called my cell number. We are at the mercy of their inefficient scheduling procedures.

The car used to be pretty good, in more recent years it has fallen off a great deal and if you have anything halfway complex, like I do, go to the U. They allow situations to go on way too far and then pan them off on Mayo Rochester, which is as I have told Mercy a one time consult and then their recommendations are sent back locally with the expectations that they actually be carried out.
