Had a wonderful experience back in March for my Colonoscopy from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and caring. Nurses were awesome along with the Dr. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone. Thank you so much.
The 2 nurses before my procedure were carring and attentive. The nurse after my procedure was rude, yelling in my fsce to wake me up after sedation, and I couldn't wait for her to leave my room, each time she entered. Dr.Altamimi came to my room after the procedure and told me I wouldn't remember our conversation so I better stop asking questions and "start acting like a patient and have patience!" because that's what my role is. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience was so horrific I felt I should warn others. I saw Breanna Talbert, who had the bedside manner of a wet mop. I have been dealing with debilitating GI symptoms for months and was so hopeful for this appointment and to finally get treatment. Instead, Breanna was incredibly dismissive and cold. She even said she didn’t know why I was referred to Mercy because they are backed up with their “own patients” and are trying to deflect cases that further burden the system. Glad to ... read more
