Husband had an appointment to see NP Sarah Lavy today at 3pm. He just received a call an hour and 15 minutes before his appointment to be told this provider is no longer with Mercy. I don't normally do a lot of reviews. But with the amazing experience I had here for my first visit had to be noted. Diane helped me get my appointment set with such little hassle. And when it was my appointment date, she was able to make my check in a quick process. Such a change from my usual experiences. My MA was Maggie, and she came in for my vitals and history. I absolutely hate needles,(yes, I am a baby) and was told I needed to have blood drawn that day. Maggie not only helped me to be relaxed, but when she drew my ... read more

I went into ER on March 13 with an injury to my knee. Not only did they get me in quicker then I expected, they were very thorough. Couldn’t have asked for nicer people. I would highly recommend this place to people. My son ( who lives there) was very impressed also. Thank you all for a great experience b
