I only gave them a star because I had to. I've only had troubles with this branch of mercy. They need to go thru and weed out the bad
Person answering the phone was combative and accused me of saying something I didn't say.
Again cancelled appointments but not because I've cancelled. Why last second notice to the patient??? So not even a 24 hour notice like you require?? WHY?? Extremely poor service. Needs to close as no doctor or pa is available.... Have to go to er to get anything done
Always compassionate, caring, respectful, understanding, mindful and thoughtful staff. I've never been treated so well for my health care needs before I moved here two years ago!
