New patient, have had a medical issue---NO COMMUNICATION. I've requested a specialist which was cancelled, and I was told I was getting a referral for one in Ft. Smith, and that was cancelled with no explanation. I don't need a referral with Medicare, but was going to let them refer me as a courtesy. I tried to call today and that specialist is closed until Monday. I need my medicine and NO ONE cares at this facility. I am 65 and have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was 15. NO CONCERN AT ALL.
