Have been to this clinic a few times after moving to the area. At first the doctor seemed very good even after waiting over an hour… the next few visits I have been waiting over an hour to an hour and a half, only to feel incredibly rushed through the appointment. I waited almost 2 hours for repeat scripts for a medication I need to take long term, and got a script for 2 repeats only. This is our family clinic, and Dr Louis is our family doctor. The doctors here are excellent, and I highly recommend them. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is exceptionally well maintained, and it’s very convenient that they offer additional services such as blood testing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the waiting time for appointments, which can sometimes be quite long—around an hour. This can be especially difficult when waiting with a baby. Very good doctors but the wait is too long (1 hour wait) I came with my baby and is pretty hard to be this long waiting with a baby
I’m terrible with needles, but Bailey at pathology today was incredible. Calm, kind, and made it the smoothest experience I’ve ever had.
If you book an appointment with Dr Louis Make sure to show up 45 minutes to an hour late after your initial booked appointment time! Saves you having to wait and listen to screaming kids running around while parents sit on their phone, not controlling them. He’s always late!
