All experiences here have been great. Although, I must say my most recent experience was even better. Great staff and providers. We are so lucky to have such a caring group of professionals in our little community.
I HATE going to the doctor but let me tell you what, my experience was great! I was called back in a timely manner. The gal’s name was Rae. She was very professional and super sweet. I have NEVER been treated so well. I want to you all to know, when I was at dinner, I overheard a table also talking very highly of her. Loved Kersbergen, but frustrated with Brunsting. Dad's electric chair quit working, simple part covered by Medicare, needs Dr.Brunsting's signoff. Staff said it's on his desk but he hasn't gotten to it, explained urgency again, dad is going thru cancer treatments and needs electric chair to go to dining hall for 3 meals a day, he's losing weight. They then tell us he needs to be seen first and schedule him 4 WEEKS out! WTH?! He was just there last March. Then nurse calls later to tell us they have no paperwork from part comp... read more
