I went to the Mercy eye care at mercy hospital. a young lady named katelyn had waited on me.I was bringing back a pair of glasses that I was not satisfied with I thought it was going to be an issue , and I was going to be stuck with these glasses katelyn took me immediately She gave me other options for better glasses.Made a couple suggestions which were great.I ended up with a very nice pair of glasses.They fit much better here.I thought there was going to be an issue.I was in and out of there in 15 to 20 minutes. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercy Eye Care involving repeated errors with my daughter’s glasses. What should have been a simple visit turned into more than three months, eight trips to the office, and multiple interruptions to her school day. The prescription was entered incorrectly, the lenses were made wrong multiple times, and even after assurances that everything would be triple-checked, the glasses were still incorrect. good place for getting glasses and the people are nice, but they’re a bunch of clock milkers. Had one person conveniently make me wait to put in an order for new glasses until 15 minutes until they closed after I already had my stuff picked out and then I was put on hold for 20 minutes while waiting for them to look for my glasses that I ordered. I also never received a text about my glasses I ordered coming in the mail. This is a nice place, but they love taking their time and keeping paying customers waiting.

After several mistakes made by the employees over a very uncomfortable 30 day period, my son still doesn't have his glasses. My money was refunded and we will never come back.
