Service was great except… A Hispanic woman working at the front desk — disclosed my personal information inappropriately. I observed her sharing details about me with individuals who were not involved in my care. These individuals appeared to be her personal acquaintances and this interaction occurred in a public setting. Disclosing my personal information in that manner is completely unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of HIPAA. The staff is always nice and friendly. I recommend them to everyone I know.
The Akachi clinic has supported my wife and I in a way that I have never experienced before. I look forward to being apart of their clientele for many years in the future. The people are kind, the doctor is wise and I feel taken care of.
