Efficient thorough friendly
I had a scheduled colonoscopy for the past 6 months (it takes that long even if not a routine screening) and was removed from the schedule based on one of my medications. Apparently due to a new 7 day hold policy for my medication that went into place within the past 3 weeks. Mercy failed to notify any scheduled patients of the change in policy which is a HUGE miss. Patients need to be kept informed of any changes that may effect their scheduled procedure. This is not my fault or error. I have stomach and digestive issues. T... read more
