From the person I spoke with on the phone to the 6 ppl that got me up from the floor...phenomenal!! So professional and kind all the way through. They even brought in my groceries that had just been delivered AND PUT THEM AWAY! I couldn't have asked for a better experience (except maybe not being on the floor in the first place) Thank you so so much!!

I recently rode in the Mercy ambulance as a patient. I received exceptional care. I also recently rode in the ambulance twice as a family member with a patient and receive very excellent caring, professional care. I would highly recommend them.

Last night I suffered a concussion induced seizure and had to rely on them due to circumstances beyond my control. When they arrived they seemed corigable and such at first then when they transported me to Cox South they rolled me into the ambulance all strapped down like Hannibal Lector and left me alone the whole trip. I have extreme anxiety disorder and claustrophobia and I told the EMT that specifically. There should always be a EMT with a patient at all times. I only gave it one star because I can't give it zero.

Had a Mercy ambulance come & take my wife to the hospital. Both of the female EMT were rude & need to learn some manners. If you hate your job so much you have no business doing it. I pray that you both learn some manners or find another occupation to work in. God Bless.
