Good doctors, nurses and staff. Always friendly and seem to care. Took my grandfather in a couple weeks ago and the nurse remembered me from when I had to come in and asked if they fixed me up. There may be a long wait sometimes but it's worth it in my opinion to get results and the problem delt with. My grandfather came out much better than when he came in. She had been seen at Cox South ER the night before and diagnosed with a reaction to an antibiotic. Her symptoms didn't match the diagnosis so I brought her to Mercy. Her correct diagnosis by Dr. Markoski very well could have saved her life! This diagnosis gone unwatched can cause kidney failure and organ bleeding. Zoe RN was her nurse and the nice staff who explained everything all did a gr... read more
