One star cause they can't figure out what emergancy means. In there eyes it means over the course of 6 hours we will have several people see ant talk to you for no damb reason. Then you see a doctor. The people that gave them 5 stars work jere
I give 2 stars to the two particular Buffalo Mercy EMTs because of rudeness and uncaring attitude, I realize they are trained to behave a certain way but total rudeness to a quiet, cooperative. 92 year old woman is uncalled for.
Dedicated and caring. Most professional. These people are on the team of selfless, outstanding individuals that truly did save my life. And I thank you very, very kindly, indeed.
