Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!! We were in town for an event and had to unfortunately make a trip to the ER. The place was filthy. Waited with my kid who was repeatedly vomiting and in excruciating abdominal pain. Sat there for 3 hrs and staff kept saying, we’re cleaning a room for you. I understand they can’t give wait times but man quit giving false hope. We left and will be going to a local ER closer to home. NEVER again!
Very unprofessional. The triage nurses are overly rude especially towards couples when a partner is African American. They are so unprofessional I was playing with my own blood (picture below) I spent 8 hours here to get misdiagnosed. After a couple hours I received a call saying something was misread by a doctor and to come back in as soon as possible. I stopped what I was doing to drive back to the emergency room. Awful people! After patiently waiting for three hours, I asked nicely at the desk what was going on. Maybe I needed to wait longer to ask? Guy jumped down my throat and said I could leave if I wanted but they wouldn’t see me again for the same thing if I did. I sat there with my jaw dropped and he said I had to wait for him to remove my iv. Was brought in by ambulance from my general practitioner having pancreatitis. By far one of the worst experiences of my life. Our wait time was 7 hours. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care about us. People waiting were crying or tripping or simply leaving because they weren’t receiving care. We will never go back.
