Brought my dad here. The initial wait was quick—they took X-rays of his chest—then told us it would take 30 minutes, but it actually took 2 hours. So if you need emergency help, you’d better stop by the chapel, because Jesus will see you before they do.

I took my husband to mercy jefferson er on Sunday 12th day of October. He was in lots of pain, screaming when he went to the bathroom. When we went in they got us in triage and into room 21. The room was so cold , I had to ask for blankets right away. We told Dr.Mike S. that he had a history with kidney stones. But, this did not feel like that. I asked if it could be his prostrate. Went to the ER had broken jaw and cut under chin due to a fall. Dr. keddy falsely accused me of being a drug seeker and did not provide pain management for me. I am prescribed a strong muscle relaxer as well as a low dose benzo for multiple medical conditions, once he saw those meds in my chart he judged. I was in excruciating pain crying and eventually begging for something to help with the pain. I was there in severe pain for 7hrs.
