My husband was there at the emergency room today with hernia pain that was going to his hip because he was vomiting last night, they did absolutely nothing for him. Nothing for pain and didn't bother calling the surgeon to let him know what was going on. I'm very unhappy with the staff there.
Bandaged my elbow and knees, sent me home with extra bandages, showed me how to change bandages and said to clean wounds and change bandages every day
My aunt went in last night with a terrible pain in her right side. She couldn't get any relief. Our family has a history of heart problems, so she was afraid. The doctor treated her as if my aunt was stupid. They refused to listen to anything she said, and they kept saying, "It's just your muscle." I don't think we'll be going back here.
Called with a concern about my child and the lady who answered the phone was very short and rude and refused to offer me any insight, she told me she cant offer medical advice over the phone. In return, I called another facility (Not in Booneville) and they we're able to help me with everything I needed over the phone with a nice and positive attitude.
