Would give zero stars if I could. Been in waiting room for 5 hours with a loved one with several abdominal pain, swollen stomach, and 20+ people in waiting room. Horrible parking, and the wait time is a joke when there’s a true emergency.
Had to go to the ER Friday afternoon 11-20-25 have to admit that this was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. The ER Dr was very helpful and informative. The nurses were awesome.handled everything very professionally. Yes I was very impressed with the experience this time. Good job Mercy. Please keep up the good work.
I am in the emergency room being "Treated," as we speak. I put treated in quotes because they are doing a really bad job on me! The reason I came in was severe pain. I have been here for hours, and they haven't gotten close to controlling my pain. Hell, they didn't even put a dent in it! What they gave me was like throwing a gold ball at a Freight Train😮💨. It didn't work!! I have been asking and asking for relie and they finally came and said that I was maxed out. What a JOKE that was!! They haven't even touched my pain! ... read more
Please don't ever go to them in real pain. You will be giving a Tylenol and sent home
