1/5 experience. Staff couldn’t point me in the proper direction for convenient care and I was told “the instructions are pretty clear to everyone else” by a worker. Then was instructed to wait in my car until I could come inside (understandable for Covid precautions). However I had Checked in at 9:40 for my 10am appointment as instructed, then was told to go to the opposite side of the building and re-check in. Came in at 7:45 pm. 4 year old daughter had fever of 102 with sores in mouth and stomach ache. We suspected strep and the nurse practicioner firmly believed it was. They swabbed for strep and sent us to get antibiotics. After 4 days of being on antibiotics and her fever frequently jumping to 104 even with tylenol/ibuprofin, and increased body aches, I started suspecting the flu. RecommendedNever really had a problem except the wait time, which it is a walk in clinic. All dr’s & NP’s I’ve seen & my Son have seen have always been nice & helpful.
Waiting for over an hour to be seen by a doctor! So much for an appointment
