UPDATE: It's years since I wrote this review, but I had to go into the clinic again this morning, so thought I'd update my review. Cathy Barker-Brown was still there, thank heavens!! And every word I wrote about her (you can see those words, below) still holds true. Add to that two new, stellar women - - Megan at the front desk, and Sherry, who works with Cathy, and you have exactly the team you most need and want when you're in need of excellent health care on a walk-in basis. A very positive experience! I don’t live in ES - just in town visiting family and needed a doctor on short notice. I walked in, waited a little while, and was seen and treated by Cathy who was professional and knowledgeable. Megan at the front desk was very courteous and helpful too as she worked through insurance questions. Thank you, ladies!

Needed blood pressure medicine refill since there aren't any doctors that are taking new patients. I've been here before when they wrote a prescription for thyroid medicine. Today, they tell me they don't write prescriptions there at all. That's not true. Then I am scolded to get a PCP even though I explained several times that there's a wait for doctors in town who are taking new patients. Very rude, the degrading way she talked with me.
