waited an hour and half and people who came in after my daughter got seen before her. Urgent care isnt like the ER where they triage on severity (and I say that even when my 6 year-old was throwing up while there) Urgent care is a first come first serve. im a nurse of 15 years having experience in both ER and Urgent care and ive never seen anything like this.
Waited 3 hours to get seen and never got see. Worst experience ever
