when we switched to this clinic in January I was promised it wouldn't be an issue to get in to be seen. Since March I've had nothing but problems. They never seem to have available appointments and the staff is rude. I requested a call back from the manager and they never called. My family will be changing doctors today.

When the appointment for the colonoscopy was made the lady I talked to in the phone said I'd receive a packet of pre-procedure preparation information. I never received that information. So I had to wing it on my own. I drank the damned Gavilyte and fasted. In post-procedure the doctor said my colon was clear, I was good for five years. He added that my colon was dirtier that what they like. He then asked if I'd followed the instruction. I answered that I never received any instructions. Yet he acted like I was a liar. We don't live in Adel, but we were having lunch there and my son got his finger stuck in a bathroom door. So I immediately brought him to Mercy Clinic, and everyone there was so helpful. They got him right in and got his finger glued quickly. Everyone there was very nice and helpful, the lady at the front desk, the nurses, and the doctor. They helped a stressful experience go smoothly.
