Dr. Bauer is such a terrific provider.
I would give zero stars if I could. I've had my appointment for a month. My son's car broke down which is already stressful. I called to tell them I would be late. I come clear from Newton and took time off work for my appointment. I explained everything and they told me get there as soon as I could. I was 15 minutes late. When I walked in they told me I would have to reschedule. I tried explain what happened and that I called and they told me to come in but they wouldn't see me. Why would they do this to someone. I am a close friend to the family of a child with chronic ear and throat infections who needed help with getting the child to appointments because of lack of resources. At the first appointment I took the child to, the father gave them permission over the phone for me to be her caregiver and they refused to see her. At the second appointment, I went with the father and child, and he introduced me, and gave verbal permission as someone who he would like to be able to involved in the child's care and treatment. Their lack of organization is truly baffling. They called morning of my daughters appointment and said they wanted my daughter to see the same provider we met with the first time, then canceled our appointment — if any of you know how difficult it is to get into the ENT than you understand my frustration. Not to mention I had already taken the afternoon off.
