Dr. Nottingham is most impressive. Very thorough and very professional. Listens attentively and involves you in the decision making process. He earns a five star rating. Mercy's registration process needs an overhaul. Such a waste of time. Talk to multiple people, provide the same information to each person you speak with because they ask the same questions, name, date of birth, address, insurance. Frustrating. I give them a two star rating.
