This is my first visit with the urologist, Dr. Cunningham. She was very thorough and very clear with communication and a care plan moving forward for me. She was very respectful of my primary care provider and seems willing to work with her in conjunction. I believe this will be a very helpful in the future. I would highly recommend Dr. Cunningham at this point

I am shocked at how unempathetic and straight up rude the woman answering the phones was. I was told I could not receive care and would need several tests from other doctors to prove I was suffering from the ailment I wished to be seen for. After trying to explain the situation and offering to have a referral sent over, the woman straight up cut me off and said “wait a second” so she could speak herself. I am very disappointed in this clinic . The unwillingness to help is unbelievable. Sounded like the woman couldn’t even find my chart from 5 days prior. Doctor Vincent doesn’t respond to messages or give me any clarification on what is going on just sends me results I don’t understand. I’m still in pain having to take myself to ER.
I enjoy going to this clinic to see Dr. Kathryn Cunningham, she is the best! her nurse, Brigetta, is a wonderful nurse as well. The staff that checks you in is very friendly and helpful.
