Found a 15mm...kidney stone having to go in and remove on 8th of jan, found it on emergency trip to er in same building, has been weird having stints changing diet but its been okay so far they answered my questions when asked as well.

I keep trying to tell you that I am covered by the insurance by the Veterans Administration and you keep trying to charge me and that's not right are you guys just so lazy that you can't get it straight?

Very unprofessional, wife was supposed to get call from Dr's office at a certain time to find out when my daughter is supposed to have surgery(it's no big deal after all ya know) never heard from them, tried to call receptionists were rude, and said they'd check on that and hung up, never took any information or anything

Office staff are rude and unprofessional..appointments get rescheduled with out your permission or knowledge...when you call they hardly answer.wasnt informed when the rescheduled appointment was for til less than 24(way less) hrs before hand via text message...
