Brought my 84 year old parents in today for my dad’s appointment. Upon entering the building, dad went to the desk to sign in as he has done in the past with a person at the desk. She pointed to a kiosk and told them he had to register there. She didn’t even know at the time that I was with them. My parents have absolutely NO knowledge with computers and electronics and if I hadn’t have been there with them they wouldn’t have been able to get registered. Dennis Hafford was nothing but a disappointment. His attitude and bedside manner could really use some improvement. I waited months for this appointment, praying for someone to finally help me, and left the appointment feeling hopeless. This infection will kill me before someone actually helps me.
