My head is still spinning and I feel betrayed. My Lab results were loaded to the portal with devastating diagnosis information. My diagnosis info was delivered electronically instead of by a rheumatologist I had been treated by for 3 years. I called his office to find out why this happened and the nurse response was the doctor was waiting to see what medication I wanted as a treatment. Had my lab results loaded to the mercy portal. Actually the lab suggested that I be treated for Lupus. I called the rheumatologist office and asked why am I seeing these results. Why wasn’t an appointment made for the doctor to discuss these results with me? Instead the nurse told me to choose one of the medications the lab suggested and called the prescription in to my pharmacy. My appointment is scheduled for March 2020. Disgruntled and disgusted.
